At Riwaz Gifts, we take great care in ensuring the quality and condition of every product we send. Please note:

No Returns or Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (premium dry fruit hampers and gift boxes), we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Damaged or Defective Items

In case a damaged product is received, a refund will be approved by riwaz gifts and credited to original payment method mode within 3 to 4 business days.

Reporting Damages

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Damages or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

All our products are perishable and carefully packaged; hence, returns are not accepted for any reason other than damage or defect.
